...to the homepage of the seventh edition of Capgemini's Vision & Reality Study. Every year since 2001, the Life Sciences Sector of Capgemini has published a global study touching on central themes in the pharmaceutical and healthcare market.
Our this year's global research focuses on how pharmaceutical, medical device and biotechnology companies are re-tuning their commercial model in the light of an increased focus on profitability and a considerably expanding sphere of stakeholder influence. By commercial model we refer to
- the ability of companies to develop a compelling value proposition for key stakeholders and customers
- The ability of companies to interact with these stakeholders and customers across different channels to deliver a specific value proposition in an impactful way
- The way companies are organizing their operations to execute their commercial strategy efficiently and effective
